Advanced Construction Solutions LLC (“ACS”) operates the ACS job software. This policy explains how we handle information when you use that software and when you connect QuickBooks Online.

Information we use

• Account sign-in details (name, email) so you can use ACS.
• Job, customer, estimate, and contract information you enter in ACS.
• If you connect QuickBooks: company connection identifiers and tokens stored on our servers, plus customer, estimate, and invoice records ACS creates in QuickBooks for your jobs.

How we use QuickBooks data

ACS uses QuickBooks only to support your jobs: find or create a customer, create an estimate from an accepted ACS estimate, and create an invoice when you request it. We do not sell QuickBooks data. We do not use QuickBooks data to train generative AI. We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except Intuit, as needed to provide the connection, or if required by law.

Storage and security

QuickBooks access and refresh tokens are stored on our servers and encrypted. They are not placed in the browser. You can disconnect at any time; ACS then deletes the stored QuickBooks tokens.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during QuickBooks login to prevent CSRF. Those cookies are HttpOnly.
