End-user license agreement

This agreement is between you and Advanced Construction Solutions LLC (“ACS,” “we,” “us”) for use of the ACS job software, including the QuickBooks Online connection.

License

ACS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal construction operations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the software.

QuickBooks

If you connect QuickBooks, you authorize ACS to create and update customers, estimates, and invoices in your QuickBooks company for jobs you mark Closed Won, and when you choose to create an invoice. ACS does not take over your QuickBooks subscription. Intuit’s terms also apply to your QuickBooks account.

Your responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Review estimates and invoices in QuickBooks for accuracy.
• Disconnect QuickBooks if you no longer want ACS to write to that company.

Disclaimer

The software is provided as-is. ACS is not liable for lost profits, accounting errors, or QuickBooks outages. You remain responsible for your books, taxes, and customer records.

Termination

You may stop using the software at any time and disconnect QuickBooks. ACS may suspend access for misuse or unpaid service.
